A Legacy of Excellence in Tharaka Nithi

Nestled within a sprawling 100-acre campus just 1.5 km east of Marimanti town centre, Tharaka Secondary School stands as a pillar of education in Tharaka South Sub-county. What began with 26 students in 1969 has grown into a proud institution shaping generations of Kenyan men. Under the sponsorship of the Methodist Church in Kenya and registered under the Education Act, our school has continuously elevated its academic performance, co-curricular prowess, and community standing.
